Circus Birthday Entertainment

Planning some Circus Fun:

Balloon twisting is really easy.  I could show you how, but you really don’t need me.  I have made a living off of balloon sculpting and I taught myself with the help of a $10.00 book
.  I really suggest you get one.  Simple and I promise this is a skill you will pull out again and again.

If the book isn’t enough or you’re in too much of a hurry to get one, you can search Youtube or NewBaby.com for balloon twisting tutorials.  There are some great people in the entertainment industry that have posted hints and videos.  Look for some of mine, they are on there.

Face painting is also fun, festive, and circus-y.  You can hire a professional, but before you do, take a moment to read this article I wrote. I feel that some very unfriendly things are happening in the face painting industry.  Again, with practice and a book (and some face painting videos) you can teach yourself a few face panting tricks. That’s how I taught myself!

Further Circus Entertainment:
Circus Obstacle Course: with a tightrope, a cannon tunnel, fake weights, etc.
Ring Toss
Pin the Nose on the Clown

Here are some great circus craft suggestions.  I was amazed by what I just found.  So fun!
