  • Go a little out of the way to hide your budget cuts Champagne punch and sangria are great options.

  • Make it classy to serve water! Flavored water is a great sophisticated but fun alternative. Serve with a garnish or two.
  • Serve sparking white wine instead of champagne.
  • Serve vodka with three different juice cranberry, orange, and grapefruit. Get three different drink options for the price of one.
  • If you have some issues with alcohol with certain guests a glass of wine on the table is always an option. (Helps with a center piece too)
