Pin the mustache on the pirate, pin the bow on Minnie mouse, pin the tiara on the princess
Keep things moving quick and after they have finished have them stand around the picture calling the next child’s name. This will avoid kids waiting around and also keeps the participant encouraged as the kids cheer him/her on. I suggest after each child goes, removing the taped item so in the end no one is the winner but only if non-competition is your style.
Any mom, (or Dad) could do this. Just paint a face of a picture. Messy is OK, they are kids and will be wrapped up in the game.
If you don’t feel confidant in this, try to find a picture on the Internet of a pirate and take it to staples. Ask them to copy it onto the biggest size paper they have. It is likely that they will have a industrial size machine copier that copies architecture/survey plans. It normally costs $8.00 and after the game is done will make a fun thing to color.
I always include in my party planning a time for the guests to sign or color a huge poster for the birthday child.(warning-be careful with copy written images or suspected(example:Captain Hook) depending on the person ringing you up this may not be acceptable.

I am Elizabeth, and this here is my party planning frontier. I am not from the west but wish I was so I sometimes talk with a southern-drawl. (We can all dream right?) I am actually from Cape May, NJ and love to party. You can lean more about me
