I preparing to send out invitations for one of the many parties I have coming up. In all reality, I have emailed everyone that is coming so I do not really “NEED” to send out invitations but I have decided to anyway. I don’t feel evites are good enough. They are great reminders but it just doesn’t get people excited.
I have a strong feeling about invitations being sent to a persons house. I have found it to be true in almost every case that with a creative, mail delivered invite a better turn out happens. It gets them excited about coming. I like to compare it to the isle that a bride walks down, an invitation is the pathway to the party.
Compelling and different invitations can be persuasive to a guest to take time to come and to RSVP.

Whatever you choose to do, realize that the invite is the start of the party. Make it fun!
