On Thanksgiving weekend of ’09 I had the pleasure of planning the ultimate party. It was a PR party of enormous proportions. It was a joint effort to promote Cabbage Patch (owned by the 1 of the top 5 toy makers Jakks Pacific) and Golden Inn from beautiful Avalon, NJ. The event was connected, planned, and promoted by the Party Planning Professor founder Elizabeth Norton.
“It’s obvious that Elizabeth Norton was in her element working and promoting products she believes in. She exceeds many with the help of social media personalities, and using tools such as live on site webstreaming, Twitter, facebook and much more”, said co-owner of PartyPlanningProfessor.com Tina Kelley.
Tina Kelley, far from the actual twitter party actually headed up an online twitter and ustream campanighn while the party was in full force. The topic #cabbagepatch trended more then once, and also had many viewers of the event across the U.S. and beyond. To read more about this specific party feel free to visit more Cabbage Patch/Beach Party in Avalon post, view the how to make a cabbage patch party invitation video, How to decorate whrrl stories, and a full how Elizabeth Norton threw a cabbage patch party post. This party was sponsored by Jakks Pacific, myself, and the Golden Inn.
To hear what others had to say about the event here are just a “few” responses to the successful party.

I am Elizabeth, and this here is my party planning frontier. I am not from the west but wish I was so I sometimes talk with a southern-drawl. (We can all dream right?) I am actually from Cape May, NJ and love to party. You can lean more about me
