I am so excited to share with you our festive popcorn party recipe. We love it!
-1 Bag of Microwave Popcorn
-Wax Paper
-8 ounces of good white Chocolate chips
-Blue or Red Food Coloring (I chose blue)
Get popping! If you have a microwave that is hard to make a batch of popcorn wait till it is over 2 or 3 seconds between pops towards the end to avoid burning.

Sift through the popcorn and make sure the kernels that went un-popped are out. (This is very important. We do not want any choking hazards or broken teeth)
In a bowl melt the white chocolate. Stir every 15 seconds to avoid clumping or burning of the chocolate chips.
After fully blended and melted, add 10/16 drops (till shade desired) of blue food coloring.
Line a casserole dish with wax paper.
Mix chocolate in with popcorn evenly. Spread into casserole dish and refrigerate for 2 hours.
