How to make Lightning McQueen Cupcakes?

This design was inspired in part by this cupcake design.
Set cupcakes in a tight circle.
A star tip was used for the grass to surround the black top.
Crushed Oreo was used as blacktop.
M & Ms were used to line the grass and driving circle.
Plastic toys were set on top of the track.
